I was involved from the layout stage which always helps when doing the spacial planning. I was then able to have input and influence on the kitchen and bathroom finishes and selections on other details as well as the colour scheme and decorations.
Furnishing a showhome is about showing prospective purchasers how an empty shell can look when presented as a home. Many people know what they like when they see it but find it hard to imagine before the furnishings are added.
The two bedroomed apartment sold on the first day of showing which is always a great mark of success of a show home.
