The owner of a 3 bed detached Leeds home he had grown up in had taken the house over from his parents who had moved locally and he wanted to bring it in to the 21sr Century.
The works we completed included rewiring, fully replastering, physical alterations internally, all new doors/architraves/skirting boards, new windows and external doors, new garage door, extension to kitchen with a lantern ceiling, new fitted kitchen, creation of a new downstairs WC and a new utility room, new central heating system, enlarging landing window, modernising the staircase, outside lighting, new carpets and new window dressings throughout, garage modification and external walls, gate and patio.
Not only was the property fully modernised but on revaluation the increase was well in excess of the costs.
