Several years ago I bought a Victorian Villa in the leafy suburbs of Roundhay in Leeds. I obtained planning permission to extend the building and create 5 large and luxurious apartments which were completed to include many very high specification features such as climate control heating and cooling, marble bathrooms, surround sound and full height bi fold doors.
